Hailing from the rolling hills of St Helena, California, Orin Swift Cellars dates back to 1995 when founder David Swift Phinney took a friend up on an offer to travel to Florence, Italy for a semester. During his time there, he learned how wine was made and, simply put, got hooked. Starting the cellar with two tons of zinfandel- and not much else- Phinney has refined the brand into a brilliant homage to both his family & his craft.
Award-winning Executive Sous Chef Dave Troxell spent over a decade honing his skills in the Lehigh Valley before joining The Reeds’ renowned culinary team. Committed to crafting seasonally inspired dishes that enhance the sipping-experience of each wine, Chef Troxell took the time to taste and examine the unique flavor profiles of each of Orin Swifts’ offerings before crafting a crave-worthy Contemporary American tasting menu that will have you coming back for more…
