MINDFUL MEDITATION & GENTLE YOGA

Restore, rebalance, and reenergize yourself with an introduction to mindful meditation techniques and gentle movement sequences designed to help you ground yourself in the present moment & create a more balanced life. This all-levels workshop will provide you with the basic skills you need to begin your practice, and ongoing benefits including stress-reduction, promotion of healing, and increased energy, strength & flexibility levels.Amy Sue will also be teaching a 101 Sun Salutations Solstice class on June 21, 2019, to kick off her daily summer yoga program on the Roof Garden.
