LEAD PASTRY COOK Full Time
These duties may be described as, but not limited to:
Preparing a wide variety of goods such as cakes, cookies, ice cream/sorbet, plated desserts, etc. for food service outlets, banquets and amenities.
Able to obtain and execute recipes/procedures from start to finish with minimal assistance.
Prioritize work to complete daily/weekly prep/agenda.
Keep walk-in, prep area and equipment organized.
Work well under pressure of production schedules and timelines for pastry needs.
Job Requirements
Preferred Baking and Pastry Arts Degree/Certificate.
Minimum two-year experience with proficiency in all aspects of Baking and Pastry.
Must be able to read, write and understand English.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks
Preferred ServSafe Certified
